[健康食譜] 美味養顏的杏汁南瓜紫米露

此傳統中式糖水乃參考自江獻珠女士的食譜,所用食材杏仁、黑糯米和南瓜均有益身體。清新養顏而不過於甜膩。即使不加入黑糯米,單是杏汁南瓜露也是一款可口的食製。吃多了芝麻糊紅豆沙,不妨嘗試一下這款簡單易做又經濟的糖水。
材料(約6碗):
南杏半碗、北杏四粒、米半湯匙
黑糯米半碗
南瓜
水、糖適量
鹽少許
